Our process includes:

Pharmaceutical-Grade Ingredients
We use only USP-certified benzyl alcohol and Sterile Water for Injection (SWFI). The final solution contains 0.9% benzyl alcohol to inhibit bacterial growth after opening, as per industry standard.

Sterile Environment Protocols
All compounding and vial filling takes place inside an ISO-classified laminar flow hood or biosafety cabinet. This minimizes particulate and microbial contamination and mirrors pharmaceutical cleanroom procedures.

Sterile Filtration
The solution is passed through a 0.22-micron pharmaceutical-grade sterile filter, ensuring the removal of any potential contaminants while preserving the integrity of the solution.

Medical-Grade Vial Packaging
The filtered solution is aseptically transferred into sterile, depyrogenated 10 mL glass vials, each sealed with tamper-evident caps and sterile rubber stoppers.
